The purchase or sale of a vessel is a rather laborious process that requires special knowledge and a timely and effective set of measures aimed at protecting the interests of the Client and contributing to the efficient use of the vessel. Search for a vessel to be purchased in the international market

Legal assistance

– Analysis of the proposed transaction and associated risks, structural planning and development of the transaction algorithm;
– Development of a sale and purchase agreement and approval of the mechanism for completing the transaction;
– Participation in negotiations with sellers / buyers of ships, ensuring the interests of the Client when agreeing on the ship’s sale and purchase agreement, related documents and preparing documents on the transaction for signing by the parties;
– Representing the interests of the Client at the completion of the transaction, carrying out a legal examination of the documents transferred by the sellers / buyers on the ship sale-purchase transaction;
