BUNKER, CLC AND NAIROBI CERTIFICATES
At the request of shipowners, we issue for their vessels Bunker Certificates (Certificates of Financial Security for Bunker Oil Pollution according to the 2001 Bunker Convention), CLC Certificates (Certificates of Financial Security for Oil Pollution from Oil Tankers according to the CLC-92 Convention) and Nairobi Certificates (Certificates of Financial Security for Wreck Removal in accordance with the Nairobi Convention of 2007) on behalf of the flag of Sierra Leone. Certificates can be issued for vessels flying not only the flag of Sierra Leone, but also all flags of non-member States to these conventions (for example, in respect of the Bunker Convention, these are the flags of Moldova, Ukraine, Comoros, Dominica, etc.)
