Today, shipowners and ship managers often encounter problems related to the certification of seafarers (officers and ratings) in accordance with the STCW-78/95 Convention and obtaining of endorsements from the Maritime Flag Administration.
Our Centre, along with the preparing of the vessel documentation, at the request of the shipowner performs preparing of all necessary documents for crew members issued by the Maritime Flag Administration.
